We are not an online travel agency. We work directly with our clients and offer ultra customized service. This means we get to know each one personally, making note of preferences, tastes and any special needs. We come to have a shorthand with our clients, and the ease of booking travel with an advisor who knows the ins and outs of your travel needs becomes a luxury that is not easily duplicated. We also work directly with hotels, as opposed to Amex, which now books all travel through Expedia. They will not be able to assist if and when a problem arises and most often than not, will have higher rates. Working with an advisor ensures VIP status at every property.

We are able to book business and first class fares

We do not work directly with Airbnb or Vrbo. However we can still book houses and villas for you through our many preferred partners.

Absolutely. We can plan a trip for as many people as you want.

We handle all aspects of hotel, villa or yacht bookings, booking tours, activities and transportation. We can also make restaurant or event reservations if they are in our preferred network. And of course, we are always happy to make recommedations and often do. We also put you in direct contact with VIP Guest Services or Concierge so that they may assist with any other types of requests.
